Sussex Martlets Play in the Arundel Castle Cricket Foundation Charity Golf Day at Swinley Forest.
Rallying to a request from the organisers of the Arundel Castle Cricket Foundation, the Martlets Golfing Society entered a team to play in a charity day at Swinley Forest G.C. in Berkshire on Tuesday 3rd of May. The team of James Goddard, Jonny Heaven, James Steadman and James Gordon faired well coming 3rd with a team score of 92.
The day was deemed a success by the organisers who are delighted to announce that the day has raised just shy of £15,000 – a wonderful amount of money towards the Foundation’s work in supporting young people who are facing disadvantage.
